What personal information do we collect?
We collect the personal information you provide to us when you register to use the Service and maintain your account. We also collect any personal information which you include in the information you choose to upload to the Service or that we have received from the device you use to access the Service (including any information regarding your location), whether about you or any other person.
We may also collect technical information whenever you log onto the Service or visit our Site. This may include information about the way you arrive at, browse through and interact with our Site and/or the Application (Technical Information). We may collect this type of technical information through the use of “cookies” and other means. Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer to your computer’s hard drive to enable our system to recognise your browser. If you want to disable these cookies, you may do so by changing the settings on your browser. However, if you disable cookies, you may not be able to use all the functions on the Service.
You are not required to provide us with any personal information, although in some cases if you choose not to do so then we will be unable to administer your account or make the Service available to you.

If you wish to upload any personal information about other people to the Service, you must first contact them and obtain their consent.

We use the Technical Information we collect to have a better understanding of the way people use the Service, to improve the way it works and to personalise the Service to be more relevant and useful to your particular needs. d. to any Account Holder to whose stream of Content you have subscribed via the Service.
If you disclose your information to others, whether they are other users or customers of ThunderMaps, different rules may apply to their use or disclosure of the information you provide to them.
Storage of your personal information
Any personal information you provide to us may be stored on the secure servers of our trusted service providers. This may involve the transfer of your personal information to countries which have less legal protection for personal information than New Zealand.
